Working as part of the DCK Group, the Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of Retail Associates to deliver sales and fantastic merchandising standards across a number of high street stores.
Daily duties will include merchandising, organising team deployment, working new deliveries, delivering key trading activity including sales and promotions to deadline, reporting on zone performance and liaising with host stores. Stores are located in the Oxford Circus area in London, and applicants must be able to work in this locations.
This is a fast paced and exciting role, candidates will need to be highly motivated and organised ensuring they can work to deadlines, and be able to manage team deployment across several stores and brands ensuring priorities are met. The role will require good communication skills and the ability to lead, develop and train a small team of people.
Applicants must have a good eye for detail and must have previous retail experience preferably with supervisory experience. Experience working in a retail fashion environment would be an advantage. Previous retail management experience is an absolute must.
