Store Customer Experience Manager

At DCK, we are market leaders in fashion jewellery for over the last 30 years and we are currently developing a new global start-up company "Liars & Lovers" opening flagship stores in the USA and London this year. To assist us with the opening of these stores, we are actively looking for a Store Customer Experience Manager to stand over the customer experience in all stores, in line with the brand guidelines and budgets.


Role includes;

  • Leading our instore teams to create an amazing customer experience 
  • Drive store creative and Visual Merchandising and eventing to delight customers
  • Work with the Office team to create the stores trading calendar globally 
  • Deliver a consistent and efficient operation to drive profits 
  • Recruit, train and coach the store team to style customers, sell product, manage stock and visually merchandise 
  • Manage all communication from office to stores and vice versa
  • Develop the in-store experience models, e.g. Piercing, etc.
  • Stand over all Customer Services multi-channel

  • Store sales and profit
  • Footfall
  • Conversion
  • Basket Size

Requirements;

  • Management experience in a retail setting
  • Visual Merchandising experience
  • Event management
  • Retail experience is a MUST – Fashion is a huge plus
  • Knowledge of a store trading calendar and implementing this
  • Managing third party relationships with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of training modules and experienced in delivering this to team members
