Role Title  –  Sales Manager - 35 hours per week

Shift Pattern - Monday 7, Tuesday 7, Wednesday 7, Thursday 7, Friday 7

You will be required to work a Saturday every other week

Job role:

  • Drives performance of people to achieve Sales plans and KPIS's

  • Implements agreed staffing levels and communicates staffing plans to the team, supporting the scheduling of associates efficiency to maximise sales by taking into account: the demands of the trading calendar, peaks and troughs in store activities, customer flow

  • Builds and maintains strong Host relationships across all stores within the Zone feeding key information and feedback back to the business.

  • Consistently delivers excellent product presentation & visual merchandising (VM) standards in their zone, optimising sales.

  • Responsible for the recruitment of their teams, seeking opportunities to attract talent to the business in partnership with the Recruitment Team.

  • Raises the capability of their teams, providing day to day coaching to ensure their teams are set up to succeed and take pride in their work.

  • Act as a DCK ambassador for our brands, dedicated to being host and customer focused.

Job requirements

The experience we are looking for:


Supervisory experience in a retail setting is a must –
you need to love working in a team, and enjoy building productive professional relationships.

  • Confident & positive with good interpersonal skills

  • Happy to work unsupervised, following written & visual instructions

  • Has a great standard of personal presentation as an ambassador for our brands

  • Able to travel efficiently to all locations in the zone using your own vehicle. You must be a driver to be able to fulfil the needs of this role, so please only apply if you have a full valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

  • Access to a device with the operating system of either Android 8.1 or later OR Apple IOS is 13.4 or later

  • Confident with the use of Mobile software and Apps
