Regional Manager - Retail

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Manager to work on a Maternity Leave cover contract starting in November and lasting for around 8 months. 

Responsibilities;

To support the Retail Director in delivering a low-cost efficient and effective store operation through:

  • Raising the capability and performance of your Team Leaders
  • Optimising the efficiency of operational budgets through the capability of your team
  • Building positive relationships & networking with hosts’ senior field teams & GMs to drive increased profitability and secure long-term partnerships 
  • Working cross-functionally to deliver significant medium-term improvements that increase operational efficiencies

Requirements

You will be able to demonstrate the ability to balance great leadership, championing genuine team spirit, whilst being commercially minded ensuring focus on business performance and the driving of store profitability. You will ideally need experience working in a multi-site Managerial role, within a retail setting (jewellery is a huge bonus!).
