We have over 25 years’ experience in fashion jewellery. We are experts in designing, developing and trading in accessories, working with a wide range of partners and selling directly to consumers.

Role Purpose:
Enhance business results through improving performance, capability and motivation of colleagues to enable the delivery of the business plan.
Main Tasks and responsibilities:
Responsible for the delivery of People Partner elements of the People Plan
Responsible for delivering and imbedding DCK DNA and keeping it alive
To foster a culture of collaborative relationships
Ensure there are current organisational structures and role guides that meet business needs
With Directors and Managers drive a culture of high performance and engagement
Working with Managers to improve performance, capability and motivation of their people
Develop, deliver and maintain a competency framework across the business that reflects the DCK DNA and strategic direction of the business
Design and implement an effective performance management framework – PDR, 360 and talent planning process, and ensure it is followed and maintained
Regularly review team structures, ensuring compliance to budget and agreed headcount and identifying opportunities to drive efficiency and cost saving
Support and promote the L&D agenda: deliver ad hoc training/coaching and facilitate workshops where appropriate
Identify opportunities for improvement and drives the changes
Drive colleague engagement and ensure colleague feedback is reviewed and actioned as appropriate
Undertakes organisational change – restructures, contract variations, productivity, redundancy processes
Manage employee relations cases including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance issues, ensuring legal compliance and best practice.
Provide coaching to line managers on resolving ER issues early and effectively.
Undertakes relevant HR projects as required
