Commercial Planning Coordinator

Job description

We are looking for a highly organised analyst to coordinate the sales and cost analysis for all levels of the retail team. Your key objective would be to provide support for the Commercial Planning Controller with a wide range of projects that will enhance the long-term effectiveness of the department and profitability of the business.


This is a varied position with duties as follows:

  • Coordination of information from key suppliers websites to provide meaningful analysis
  • Tracking store performances and providing commentary for the Retail Director
  • Coordinating operational payroll budgets and reporting on any anomalies and overspends
  • Collating divisional KPI reports
  • Expenses analysis
  • Coordinating seasonal sales planning processes, liaising with the merchandising department to ensure robustness
  • Producing brand strategy packs, ensuring that the presentations are complete and relevant for the Area Managers
  • Working with various teams across the business to help coordinate the employee survey
  • Various ad-hoc projects
