Projects will range from enhancements to our existing business systems through to the implementation of new technology solutions and the systems workstreams associated with onboarding new customers and business opportunities.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys taking greater ownership of delivery, or someone already working in a hybrid Business Analysis and Project Management role.

·       Manage project risks, issues, actions and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.

·       Coordinate activity across internal stakeholders, technology suppliers and other third parties and provide clear and concise project updates.

·       Support project budget tracking and help ensure delivery remains aligned to agreed objectives and outcomes.

·       Coordinate testing and UAT, ensuring solutions meet agreed business requirements before deployment.

·       Support go-live activity and transition new solutions into business-as-usual support.

·       Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through better use of technology, automation and process improvement.

·       Manage the onboarding of new business system requirements, ensuring system, data, integration and process needs are understood and delivered effectively.

·       Act as a bridge between business teams and technical specialists, translating between business requirements and technology solutions.

·       Help establish consistent approaches to project delivery, documentation and governance across the Business Systems function.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with the ability and desire to make things happen.

We’re particularly interested in candidates with a strong Business Analysis or Business Systems background who have experience taking ownership of initiatives and seeing them through to implementation.
